This is an opportunity for you to join content expert Sheree Lee Duff, RDH, BSDH, MSA and other fellow educators to discuss strategies for teaching Periodontology. Attendees of this session will garner novel skills and techniques and share strategies to engage students in both an in-person and virtual learning settings successfully.

Educators Platform Masterminds are dynamic two-hour virtual sessions building on each other’s challenges, ideas and successes in the presence of a content expert. Mastermind sessions are thoughtfully facilitated to create an environment for like-minded colleagues to share and learn from one another with the goal of collective professional growth and development. Sessions are uniquely tailored to the needs of participants. Those attending will have the opportunity to create strong connections with other participants to last a whole career.

More about our content expert: Ms. Duff currently serves as a Clinical Lecturer at her alma mater, the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. She is the former founder and Director/Associate Dean of the Baker College Dental Hygiene programs and former Program Director of Lansing Community College Dental Hygiene Program. As a leading content expert in periodontology, teaching the subject for 30 years, she presents continuing education programs on the subject of periodontology as well as nonsurgical care of the periodontal patient. She is the recipient of the 2010 Sunstar Award of Distinction as well as numerous teaching awards for her passion and dedication to the profession. She serves as a consultant to the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) as well as a member of the ADA's National Board Dental Hygiene Examination (NBDHE) test construction committee.

Attendees of Educators Platform Mastermind sessions will earn 2 CEU in Educational Methods.
