This is an opportunity for you to join content expert Laura Howerton, RDH, MS and other fellow educators to discuss strategies for teaching Dental Radiology. A fundamental course for students, attendees of this session will garner novel skills and techniques and share strategies to engage students in both the classroom and laboratory settings successfully.

Educators Platform Masterminds are dynamic two-hour virtual sessions building on each other’s challenges, ideas and successes in the presence of a content expert. Mastermind sessions are thoughtfully facilitated to create an environment for like-minded colleagues to share and learn from one another with the goal of collective professional growth and development. Sessions are uniquely tailored to the needs of participants. Those attending will have the opportunity to create strong connections with other participants to last a whole career.

More about our content expert: Ms. Howerton is a three-dimensional software technologist and co-author of Dental Radiography: Principles and Techniques and Radiographic Interpretation for the Dental Hygienist. An international expert in dental radiology, she has numerous years teaching dental radiology in dental hygiene schools and has incorporated a variety of innovative ways of instruction which has translated to high acclaim from her students.

Attendees of Educators Platform Mastermind sessions will earn 2 CEU in Educational Methods.
