Lindsey Lee, RDH, MS, LPN

Ms. Lee works as a clinical dental hygienist, aesthetic nurse, and manages two dental practices and a medspa. She also has served as adjunct faculty at the University of New Mexico for multiple years.
Ms. Lee's 20+ years in dentistry, working as both a clinician and manager, has given her first hand experience in what works to create happy, vibrant, high earning teams.
Over the years she has incorporated a variety of innovative ways to increase production, salaries, and improve the overall satisfaction of her staff and other practicing dental hygienists.
She has multiple small, easily implementable changes every hygienist can make that could drastically change their career in a positive way, without overwhelming their time, their schedules, or burning them out.
