Educators Platform Masterminds are dynamic two-hour virtual sessions building on each other’s challenges, ideas and successes in the presence of a content expert. Mastermind sessions are thoughtfully facilitated to create an environment for like-minded colleagues to share and learn from one another with the goal of collective professional growth and development. More about our content expert: Leigh Ann Nurick, RDH, MA, MS, is Clinical Associate Professor and Interim Dental Hygiene Program Director at Texas A&M College of Dentistry. She holds advanced degrees in dental hygiene and theology and has extensive experience teaching across the dental hygiene curriculum.
She presents nationally on the humanistic dimensions of dental education, with particular emphasis on maintaining healthy faculty–student–patient boundaries and navigating inappropriate patient behavior. Her work centers on fostering respectful clinical environments and equipping educators and students with practical strategies to address difficult situations with professionalism and dignity.
