Online learning continues to become more popular both by necessity and desire. Join content expert Tami Grzesikowski, RDH, MEd  and colleagues for a discussion of practical tips for creating effective learning experiences through online and hybrid courses. Participants will benefit from a discussion about best practices and will walk away with different ideas to implement in online and hybrid courses.

Learning Objectives:

• Explore best practices for teaching in an online/hybrid teaching
• Discuss various strategies for online/hybrid course development. 

Educators Platform Masterminds are dynamic two-hour virtual sessions building on each other’s challenges, ideas and successes in the presence of a content expert. Mastermind sessions are thoughtfully facilitated to create an environment for like-minded colleagues to share and learn from one another with the goal of collective professional growth and development. Sessions are uniquely tailored to the needs of participants. Those attending will have the opportunity to create strong connections with other participants to last a whole career.

Tami Grzesikowski currently serves as an adjunct faculty member in the degree completion program (AS-MS) at University of Michigan’s School of Dentistry. She worked at St. Petersburg College for over 30 years, beginning as a student intern and retiring as the Dean of the College of Health Sciences. She served as the ADEA Senior Director for Allied Dental Education at ADEA for five years. She currently serves as a Chair for site visit teams for the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and recently completed her term with the CODA’s Review Committee for Dental Hygiene. She is the ADHA Commissioner to the Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations (JCNDE) as well as an accreditation consultant with Educators Platform.

Attendees of Educators Platform Mastermind sessions will earn 2 CEU in Educational Methods.
