This is an opportunity for you to join content expert Heather Anderson, RDH, MS and other fellow educators to discuss strategies on teaching Restorative Dentistry.  Attendees of this session will have the opportunity to openly learn and discuss strategies used in teaching restorative, both in the classroom and lab.  Included in the discussion will be various methods and approaches used in teaching dental materials, placing and finishing amalgam and composite restorations, monitoring clinical requirements, and general preparation for board exams.

Educators Platform Masterminds are dynamic two-hour virtual sessions building on each other’s challenges, ideas and successes in the presence of a content expert. Mastermind sessions are thoughtfully facilitated to create an environment for like-minded colleagues to share and learn from one another with the goal of collective professional growth and development. Sessions are uniquely tailored to the needs of participants. More about our content expert: Ms. Anderson is full time faculty at Eastern Washington University in the dental hygiene department. She loves teaching Preclinic with the eager beginning learners and can help springboard their excitement into their career. Many students appreciate her firm but humble and grace-filled approach. She has also taught Prevention, Head and Neck, Pain Management, and Restorative.
