EXCHANGE is built around a simple idea: educators are one another’s greatest resources.
For one full day, we’re bringing dental hygiene educators together to share what’s working, talk through the challenges we’re facing, learn from one another’s experiences, and develop practical skills we can take right back to our programs.
You’ll participate in hands-on workshops, meaningful conversations, collaborative learning, and plenty of opportunities to simply connect with people who understand dental hygiene education because they live it too.

EXCHANGE was created to make the most of something we rarely get as educators: being together, in the same room, with time to really learn from one another.
This is a day designed for participation—not simply presentation. A place to workshop ideas, ask meaningful questions, get real-time feedback, and learn from the collective experience in the room.
And we want it to feel as good as it is valuable—high-energy, upbeat, engaging, and genuinely fun to be part of.
We want conversations to continue beyond the sessions, relationships to form throughout the day, and educators to leave not only inspired, but with new ideas, stronger connections, and practical ways to make their programs even better.

With your EXCHANGE registration, you also have complimentary registration to the leading NBDHE review seminar presented by AndyRDH’s Dental Hygiene Academy. After EXCHANGE concludes, you’ll have the option to attend Days 2 and 3 of the NBDHE review seminar and receive the AndyRDH’s Dental Hygiene Academy 2027 textbook.
This exclusive opportunity allows you to experience the same comprehensive board review your students may be attending, see firsthand what is being emphasized for the NBDHE, the new updates for the 2027 exam, and take home valuable information and resources to support your teaching and better prepare your students for board success.
A Special Opportunity for Your Program
AndyRDH’s Dental Hygiene Academy will provide complimentary EXCHANGE registration for one faculty member when at least 12 students from the same dental hygiene program register for the accompanying NBDHE review seminar.
This limited opportunity gives your students access to a trusted, comprehensive NBDHE review experience while allowing a faculty member from your program to attend EXCHANGE at no cost.
Complimentary faculty registrations are limited and subject to availability. Programs are encouraged to register their students early to secure this benefit.
